What Makes a Great Resident?
You've got to protect and build up the way that your colleagues, your chief residents, your faculty and your programm director think about you. It's the best currency you have, and you can't squander it. I'm going to go through what i got in terms of responses from programm directors, and then i will intersperse some comments of my own. The first thing is someone wrote hard worker, doesn't complain, eager to learn and seeks out opportunities to learn.
