How do you interview contractors and make sure you find the right one? I think that fine is like a matchmaking, right? You got to find the contractor that matched the scope of work. How many projects can you manage at the same time? That is super important because they might be available now, but my project is going to get started two months from now. So how is the GC schedule then is different? It's kind of having that in play to make sure that you understand how much time this will take.
