Hot Pot
Hot pot is when I lived in New York, on average, about once a month, dinner. Hot pot sort of became the boom because of the Sichuan influx as well. And Heidi Lau, for those that don't know, is actually like a bigger Chipotle actually in terms of market cap value. That's how huge China is that you could have a hot pot restaurant group that is basically the Chinese version of Chipotle.
