How to Reduce Methane Production in Agriculture

When cows belch, or excuse my language, fart, they're letting off methane that is very damaging. One of the big producers of methane is rice production when you have flood irrigation. If we could reduce methane, another place where methane comes out at oil wells, it leaks out of oil wells. So there's a lot of legislation around having much more stringent building standards so that oil wells capture the methane and it doesn't go into the atmosphere.
