Taylor Swift has a song that makes reference to her own kind of disordered body image. Fat positivity activists on Twitter complained about there being a scene in one of the music videos where she's looking at a scale and it says fat. An eating disorder is by definition, fat phobic. And you can't be collapsing all these categories and like valorizing mental illness along with obesity. You're going to get a lot of mixed messages people.
