The Transformation of Mysticism and Spirituality

I think mysticism and spirituality don't have to be a political or become a political withdrawal from the world exclusively but getting back to that idea of bhaka or subsistence with god in your return to the world is transforming your engagement with it. We need something like a spiritual dialectical materialism or something like that I think for the long term yeah beautifully beautifully beautiful cultures are full ofspiritual people who want to live their lives as if they were on some kind of higher plane than we do. That's not just an intellectual ideal you have to have something that organically keeps you connected and engaged with that so i think somebody like michael brooks was one of the few public left media
