Is Europe Going to Be a Military Super Power?

Some people have been suggesting that there is a suddenemergence, which nobody had really calculated with or thought about, of europe as a kind of military and political super power. I would be very surprised to see that. We are still talking about a multi national organization. With britain out, you know, it used to be that the engine of european security was germany, france and britain. Right now, germany is a dominant power. France is a secondary power with very little influence on germany. In this moment of pricis were seen more european unity but i don't really foresee much.
