The Impact of Exercise on the Brain
Exercise is one of the pillars of human performance, especially at neuro athletics. We know that we should be doing at minimum 20 minutes of exercise per day. When you do weight training, for example, we actually release many more hormones than what we do when we are doing aerobic exercise. The difference between these two people, especially strength training, is the thickness of their brain.
