Mental Status Exam

If there are discrepancies as a clinician, it is your responsibility to call it out. We all make mistakes and we all get caught up in the how the patient is presenting. If you're not comfortable living in the gray, you might reconsider your field. And sometimes our first initial thought may not be the right one.
