Joan Biscupic of CNN broke the news that the Chief Justice actually switched his vote in the major census case from the last term. Melissa, I believe you noted this possibility, right? Like what about the opinion when you read kind of signaled? Like this looks like someone who was maybe not initially on the side. That's the whole first part of the opinion basically reads like he's okay with it and then there's this abrupt about phase where he's like lie better next time.
