In the fifties, it might be the best idea to take harvard people when it came to rocket science. The main type of employee is now not a faculty member, but an administrator. We have this kind of idea, we have this attachment to the idea of a harvard graduate. This is just not true. And you see this with administrators. You can wonder to yourself, where the hell do these go? Like someone who is a mackenzie consultant?
