The Supreme Court's Decision to Uphold the Indian Child Welfare Act
It's a very similar case to what we've seen over LGBT rights and whether or not a private business owner or operator can deny same sex couples their services. The court said they're going to uphold that and cite it against a Texas couple that wanted to adopt a child from a Native American tribe. What that shows us is that there is a willingness to uphold some of these longstanding presidents. And one more on voting rights having to do with North Carolina and whether the state legislature has the right to make voting laws or is it the courts.
