The Importance of Freedom and Responsibility in a Culture

Reed: I don't care where you are, when you are, whether you're in the office or not. That's not what you're here for. But there are certain things that you're responsible for, which I expect you to get done. If you think you can do an effective job, not being here two days out of the five days of the week, well, all power to you. It's deep, deep trust, but it's trust based on expectations of responsibility coupled with freedom to do the job.
