Rustin's Utopian Idealism

Rustin has this almost utopian idealism. And as human beings with our moral sense, we can move in that direction. The whole world is looking down on uncle sam because uncle sam is the earth's leading hypocrite. I am merely pointing out that if you do not have an adequate toper and if you don't rely uponpone esivali, you throw yourself open to being utilized. If every american had objected to fighting in worl war too, would the outcome of the war have been different? Was violence necessary to prevent a greater evil from arising? Does it always have to be?
