What's the Ups and Downs of Being a Pastor?

The church that we planted out of is doing great. We've grown, like you said, to a eight campuses now. Two of those are in prisons. And i baptized 67 prisoners in a service. This guy comes walking up, and these two brothers just hug in front of everybody in the prison. These two guys that used to be mortal enemies against one another are now brothers in christ. I would say the lows, i think, leading through coveit. No matter what decision we made, it was three little bears,. For some people that wasn't enough. For some people, that was too much. So there were some tough times there.
