I used to respond to every negative comment that we had, but I've just learned that you've kind of got to let it go. If one person leaves a negative comment and the rest are fine, in most cases, I kind of just leave it. There is no point that you cannot change someone's opinion over a comment in a comment section. Just be very aware that it just looks and gets messy if you're like going back and forth to someone in the comment section.
