The Atlantic Building: A Proof of Concept for Adaptive Reuse

In new construction, our first project is in northern New Jersey. We still have the Duchess to North Bergen on the Hudson River across from 90th Street in Manhattan. The building on Broad Street, which is an adaptive reuse, we bought in 2012. It's sort of our proof of concept of adaptive office reuse.
