Miiko Kawakami's Miss Ice Sandwich

It's about a kid who kind of becomes fascinated with this crazy looking woman who serves sandwiches at the local grocery. It actually came out a long time ago and I think was reissued because of her popularity. But it's like an 80, 90 page novella. The woman making the sandwiches is like 40 year olds or whatever.
