In the photos for mac app if you move to the shared library Your albums still show up in the sidebar, but they're all grayed out. It's really weird and I think ultimately what's going to happen is I'll probably will Keep a handful of albums for like some work specific things in my personal library And then rely on all the other metadata in the shared one.
