Rhodes Chroma and Space Echo
For these first examples I'm just going to throw a bit of Rhodes chroma into the space echo and let's just listen to the various signals. Obviously the tape running so slowly you get more warbly artifacts because wow and flutter effectively are exaggerated when the tape is moving so slowly over the heads. So let's see how slow the old cassette can go. Here it is on its slowest possible setting. You can get it up to a slightly more stable state just by going up a bit. It's a beautiful thing.
