The first thing we need to understand is to engage in a conversation and be natural. Be the person that people in your life respond to, not some overly odd or hyperprofessional version of yourself. And so I want to stage a quick agenda so that, you know, once we've got them paying attention also let them know that this is going to be a very short, concise and quick conversation. But at the end of the day, it's important for people to have goals, create a tracking mechanism for those goals and then be held accountable on a consistent basis.
