Even if you just meditate for a few minutes, I think the benefits of meditation are just insane. You have so much more mental clarity, you have much more focus. There are so many apps out there that allow you to do that. We both use Insight Timer that has wonderful guided meditations. They'll remind you to pay attention to your breath again when your mind does wander.
