The Current Relationship Between Sofia and Angra
Russia realised long ago that corruption and institution weaknesses can be used by Moscow to advance their agenda. So far I think this infrastructure, corruption based infrastructure has been used mostly and almost exclusively by the Russians. But again, it could be used also by others if they would need to unless we really take care of closing those loopholes. And actually it is about strengthening Bulgarian institutions first and foremost.
