Jack Antonoff is the pop indie pop world's go-to producer of the moment. The 1975 went into the studio with this other producer, BJ Burton. They were saying that a lot of the reason why they had done so many different genres in the past is that they were kind of insecure. This to me sounds firmly like the 1975 though.
