Life Uncut
Tech Surveillance and Tech Facilitated Violence
Tech surveillance is terrifyingly common in Australia. Someone very close to me they were in a relationship and their partner had put a key logger onto their computer which meant that they then had access to all of the passwords. It was really frightening and very very isolating how much access he had without her being aware of it at all. Tech facilitated violence is also things like bombing you literally with text messages and sending those sorts of things. I think for a lot of people who live in violence almost inescapable.
