Colchuck's Proclamation Accepting Power

Alexander kolchuk's name was well known in russia. He was a senior military officer and his anti communist credentials were unimpeachable. Colchuck himself did not appear to have any great political ambitions beyond simply driving the bolsheviks from power. His elevation to power came with terrible consequences for the srs. Rains of terror and summary executions and arbitrary arrests were perpetrated by all sides in the russian civil war.
