The first few days are really hard. The first like 48 hours is the toughest part of this. But if you can get through that, your productivity, your mental health and your happiness will all drastically improve. There are going to be days where you get sucked back in and you have four hours of screen time again or whatever it is. That's totally fine. You just want to make sure that it doesn't happen multiple days in a row. And then last but not least, you want to set your expectations.
