The Coherence Issue With Pool Stars
The pulsar time-engary experiment is looking for a common signal in all of the pulsars. And so each pulsar has different noise properties, and that could be planets. Even if they all have Jupiter's, those Jupiter's aren't going to be all in exactly the same period, at exactly the same phases. That could be some weird deformation. But the common signal that's in all of these pulsars should be gravitational waves.
