Rules is definitely not a revolutionary political thinker. He is no Rosa Luxembourg. And so the criticism comes, well, all that work just to come up with a kind of soft left-ish social democratic program. Where's the excitement in that? But I think rules can say, and the rulesings can say, well, the United States is not Sweden. It's never been Sweden. So if this is a bit Swedish in an American context, this still has bite.
