This is a test of the OGodwad Now Emergency Alert Service. Some people got it one minute early, some people got it 20 minutes late. What I think is brilliant about this is that it's sort of classic metaphor for this current government. There was all this preamble to it, which led to a huge amount of fuss about the policy and why it was a terrible thing and it wouldn't work. Then we had the policy.
