How to Quimit a Bitcoin Script

In Bitcoin, everything's a commitment. So we call this pay to contract was the idea where you're sending money to someone, you take their public key, you tweak it to commit to something. And then over on the other side, you say, oh, here's my public key and here's a signature with it as though you were spending a normal output but it's not a normal output. It has you an output on the Bitcoin blockchain that's embedded inside of a public key of a different script on Bitcoin.
