Newly appointed health secretary asked staff not to use the so-called Oxford comma. The controversial punctuation mark often used after the penultimate entry in a list, which can cause confusion and is much disliked by world's most annoying people - including Jacob Reese Mogg. Truss and her Downing Street next door neighbour and Chancellor of the Exchequer, Quasie Quatting, had to move quickly. So they devised a mini-budget that would soon result in them both having to move fast.
