Is There a Ring of Steel Around Care Homes?

At the beginning, when it was realized that we needed PPE, we were even making our own visors out of laminated sheets and pieces of Velcro. Sanitizer, we were just trying to source anywhere. Government in the beginning didn't have the sources of masks. We felt we weren't neglected. And then the government said they were putting a ring of steel around us. Of course, the majority of care homes have not had an outbreak at all.
