If you're trying to save money, let's say your goal is to save $1,000 per month. So on the first week of that month, it's going to say, okay, my goal is to saving $250. How much did I save? What was my actual goal? And then when we get to the month, we say,Okay, how did I do this month? And then they take it out through the year. Most people never look at it at all until they get back to the end of the year and say, well, how'd I do?
