What Is Twitter and What Is Its Role?
The u.s constitution mandates that the federal government shall run a post office to facilitate communication and exchange of messages and goods among the citizenry at large. In general it's understood by default to be subject to freedom of speech freedom of the press and the right to know unreasonable search and seizure. Twitter was founded in 2009 as an alternative social networking site for people who don't want to use Facebook or other sites where they can share information about their personal lives with others. The company has since grown into one of the most popular websites in the U.S.
