An RPE of nine or ten was considered pretty hard and like yeah you don't want to do this all the time but you know especially like nine work you canDo that fairly frequently and save tens for once a week once a month not super frequently. "If you're in an RPE of five if you have like five or more reps in reserve it's a fucking warm-up set"
