Mentorship is a big game of telephone. Too often it's like, this is the person for you at our company and they are going to make sure you're successful. Doesn't have all the skills i necessarily need. And they're just helping me do a better job, marginally, at what i'm already doing. I think these systems like, like we've got the 12 steps wivh an incubator, it's good to take gims from eh to good. But that person isn't isn't a match.
