The objective of this latest indictment isn't to send Trump to jail, it is rather to bring this case before a DC jury that overwhelmingly despises Donald Trump. They believe that's how they win. This is an assault on democracy because they don't trust the voters. If we vote on Biden's record, Biden loses instead.
