How to Be a Successful Consultant

The best consultants are totally customer centric and they do everything for their customers. It's a much better value prop than an overworked CMO for fractional CMO for 10 grand a month, in my opinion. You're one of the hard things about being a consultant is actually turning down business. But I think in the long term as a consultant, you gain credibility and you get better, happier customers when you're really selective about who you can offer value to.
