How Do You Feel Accepted?
Sometimes we feel judged, like you, by other people, by my family, by my wife, by a friend, by whoever. I don't feel accepted. So how do you feel accepted? Well, wherever your partner's judging you, you learn to accept yourself there. And that's going to help your partner accept you. If they can't accept you there, then you can start to give them feedback. Accepting does not mean giving up. We're just learning how to accept what is so, which is kind of neurotic and then, ok, can accepting that. Now can i change it?
