Is Google Liability for Airing or Refusing to Air an ISIS Video?

The selection of users to whom Isis videos were recommended was determined by computer algorithms created and implemented by Google. The question is, does section 230 see one that not a speaker immunize interactive computer services when they make targeted recommendations of information provided by another content provider? And so the question that is pending before the Supreme Court has not yet been briefed on the merits. That will be briefed at the end of November with the opposition brief due in December.
