Some people don't feel comfortable unless they're in some kind of very structured food regimen, right? And so unlike then wonderful, then you then use that. But nothing is really dogmatic about this. The only thing I'm dogmatic about is putting my blue blockers on at night. It's because this really doesn't feel good to me. If I don't have them on after a certain time, it's just like, ooh, like the TV is on and the light has not been turned off yet.
