Justin: I do go into a lot of depth with my patients when I'm starting and it's important to talk to them about the time course of some of these side effects right because they vary. It can be really subtle as simple as you know feeling like you have an extra extra cocktail to a little slowing to just irritability so recognizing that it's subtle is key.
