The Liberation of Women in the History of Pornography

I don't think I'm not optimistic enough to think that these texts achieved a kind of liberation for women. It's unclear if men took or any readers took the discursive parts seriously. And so it reveals that sexual possibility is inhibited for women in a culture that says you're only worth something if you're chased. To me that's when I say that pornography shows violence, that's the violence I think it shows.
