How to Be Respected in the Workplace

i oftentimes have experienced not being respected in the work place. And also because i definitely notice so many times that, you know, if i were to tell a customer something, or tell them olf, um, it was pretty,. It wasn't unusual for certain male customers to kind of make fun of you and not take you seriously. So this mind set followed me to what i do on social medium, to where i would actually ask people, like my mam or her sister, and ask them, do i look to girly in the video? I wanted there to be conversation that were about the topic at hand, and not about how i look or how i don't look
