How to Access Flow States
Most of us spend about 5% of our work life in flow without even knowing it. Flow is technically defined as an optimal state of consciousness where we feel our best and we perform our best. It refers to those moments of kind of wrapped attention, total absorption. We get so focused on the task at hand that everything else seems to just disappear,. Action and awareness will merge. Your sense of self will disappear. Time will pass strangely. Occasionally, sometimes it'll speed up.
