Body weight tricep extensions on a bar are rough on the joints. Dumbbells and cables I like the most, or the most shoulder friendly for triceps. Dips can be hard on people's shoulders, but if you train the renegade method of sequencing properly, pre fatiguing, things like that, they're great.
