How Do You Get Buy-in for Creative Design?
When I think of designing a lot of the best design, isn't necessarily the stuff that fits into the container. Sometimes it's really the opposite and we hear stories especially coming out of Silicon Valley in relation to that. One of the most important is just asking yourself, who should work on this? Who should be given this task? There's even processes where sometimes you might have multiple groups go out and take their own stab.
