The Importance of Case Studies in Job Search

Some people have told me or hinted at the fact that I didn't show enough evidence that I had good visual design skills. We haven't really ever done this but it would be kind of interesting to hear if anybody who's listening has a success story like that. It would be really cool to know if they got a new job shortly after updating their amazing portfolio site and didn't like did it or did it not have case studies. That'd be really interesting.
