The LDS Church in Hawaii Is the First Institution of Any Significance

LDS Church becomes the first institution of any significance on the mainland to properly appreciate the significance of what the court in Hawaii does in May of 1993. The church leadership in Salt Lake City sort of understands this immediately or almost immediately and they set out a three-pronged response.
